rubric objects moving to the right

Hi,

My patient who is not being cured of Menier's just told me the symptom "objects moving to the right" This is a very small rubric with Lac-d, nat-s and sal-ac as the only remedies. It is stronly represented in the EH for Lac-d. The main rubric is Ojects Move which brings up a different set of remedies. None of these remedies are central to the rest of the repping.

"The room whirls" seems similar. The sensation is vision outside him is moving, he is not whirling, which is medically speaking a worse form of vertigo. This brings up remedies that are supported by the rest of the repping.

Do you think the two rubrics are close enough? Should I include the Object's moving rubric. That interpretation is very open compared to the patient's words.

Object are "flowing by" to the right.
