Nothing has ever been passed on, as I have said.
No one has ever given anyone else poliomyelitis.
NO ONE
It is not infectious
No family member 'got it' from another family member
No doctor or nurse got it from a patient.

Show me otherwise.

They have made you think that - but no one has proven it is contagious. And no one got it from anyone

Show me how many people got poliomyelitis after a swimming in a pool - any pool - chlorine or no chlorine - and was proven to be caused by a so-called poliovirus and how they proved that.
There is macerated goo in oral vaccine - read what I have just sent - NO poliovirus has ever been isolated
Never proven
You find proof of that. My mother was a peds nurse in the late 40's & early50's and actually worked a pediatric floor with cases diagnosed as poliomyelitis. She also worked a rotation at a children's hospital for that. She worked in those areas without taking any precautions and agreed that no one ever became ill while she was there. That is just one case.

I have researched and researched trying to find a case of poliomyelitis that was in any way related to another case - caught from another case.. I haven't found a single one in the 15 years I've been researching. NONE. I can't prove a negative. You find a case that was proven to be caught from someone, let me know. You find a case that was proven to be caused by a so-called poliovirus, let me know. You find where polio virus has been isolated, let me know You find where poliovirus has been found to cause polio - let me know. I know it is shocking.
Many people as you do, repeat things thinking they are true, and then, with more research, find that things are not as they seem. I too thought that at one point, but further research has led me elsewhere. Nothing malicious, just one more area where we are challenged in our belief systems and have to shift.
They are repeating what has been said.................

Again..............
Don't you think it is easier for a drug company (who has no liability in the US for any injury) ---- don't you think it is easier and more beneficial for a drug company to 'agree' that their vaccine caused a bit of harm FROM THE "VIRUS" in it , just reinforcing the whole idea of vaccines prevent illness in most cases and polio is caused by a virus.

They stand to gain millions and lose a little bit of 'face' and really no consequences.

Admit something that isn't even true and have no consequences or little consequence and come out making millions.

By allowing others to believe that the vaccine made others ill, it just reinforces their lie that viruses cause illness and vaccines prevent it.

Read what is in a vaccine - no proof there is even a known actual virus

Its obvious you haven't taken any time to read anything I've sent, because you are sure you already know

Sheri - you can be sure of your facts? Fine - prove it.
Ultimately, it is only your 'source' against mine, that's all.
And I know the arguments about viruses - no HIV virus has ever been found either, come to that.
But I still don't know the answers - and as I said, if WDDTY seem to think something is being transmitted, there is almost certainly truth in that fact. And as for being challenged in your belief systems - well, WDDTY are always breaking the latest news - and they don't shy away from a difficult hypothesis., either.
So - you have your viewpoint, but how much of what you believe has actually been proven? You can do all the research you like, but unless you have first-hand evidence, you don't really know.
And you can argue all you like about viruses not existing, but the fact is that some diseases (bacterial or viral) are contagious (if you are susceptible, of course). We still don't fully understand what causes an epidemic, for example, but I'm afraid I don't buy into environmental pollution in every case. Epidemics have always existed - and what's more, they can spread very fast to other areas. It's unlikely that in each case an environmental pollutant is to blame. You would have to find a common denominator in each place where the illness appears. Plus which, how is it that something like cowpox can provide protection against smallpox? The similarity has to be a reason, and that would suggest that there is a 'family connection' between these two illnesses, which in turn would pre-suppose a disease-causing entity of some kind.

I hear you but look at the incubation picture for some of the other illnesses
measles, mumps, chickenpox, rubella

both tested and poliovirus was found to cause it - not just
present. And that even before all this that poliovirus meets Kochs

just because it is reported and there is paralysis or illness does not mean some so-called poliovirus did it.
Critical thinking skills here
Shannon - go to the pages I have shown you and you decide for yourself after looking at it.
It is your choice

No, they aren't part of "no disease contagious" - if you just click on the links you would see that.

Really tired of providing information and you don't go and read it for yourself.

Presumably that I had Polio as I was kept in an isolation room in hospital for a month . I was meant to lie still on my back (ha Ha for a 9 year old). It started with flu like symptoms and then I couldn't walk properly. I was given physio to get me to walk properly sometime during being in hospital. For many years after I would get aching limbs which would start in 1 limb and go round to all the others in turn before going away especially at night. I ended up with a weaker , thinner, left side of my body and as I grew my left leg ended up about 3 inches shorter than my right but over the years my right knee joint bent itself in such a way that the leg difference didn't show. I only realised this is what had happened a few years ago and wondered why I didn't have to take up trousers 3 inches anymore on the left side!! I don't really think I limp much but if I run in bare feet or flat shoes I run on my toes of my right foot and flat on my left!! In trainers on the treadmill I run normally. Naturally I wear down heels on my shoes more on the right than the left. When I finally started working out in a gym 20+ years ago my left side noticeably built up more muscle than my right side. I don't seem to have a muscle in base of my left thumb but whether it was like that before polio.....

an incubation period is the time it takes for a 'bug' to develop sufficiently in the body to
cause the body to throw symptoms; ie, show a disease. like any incubation process it is
the time for significant development to occur.
