hi Jean.. interesting case.. reg the aggravation, I found it very useful to give the remedy in water instead of a dry dose... lets say Pic.Ac 200... put one globule in about 1L of water, and ask the patient to shake, and sip through out the day.. this way you are deviding the same dose, so not over dosing, and in the same time, keep the medicinal power going to the body .. this methode was also used by Hanemann, and mentioned in the Organon.. I was never a bilever of it untill I saw how effective, fast and gentle it works...
