How would you connect the ground to the computer? If it's a desktop, is it grounded to the electrical?
Because the "feet" aren't always on the ground? LOL!
It would, wouldn't it? Isn't the basic part a wire connected to a metal stake in the ground?

How about gloves made out of the fabric said to shield EMF's? (for use with laptops)
But then, what about the screen?
No decisions, Merc is retrograde.

Hi Shannon,

Soroush mentioned copper/other absorbs and the ground wire then transfers it into the
ground. I wonder if that means, if the copper just keeps absorbing, without being grounded
it becomes a source of pollution?

Oh yes, I see what you are saying, EMF is different
I do think this is a legitimate concern. For example: the cell phone/brain tumor research.
The fabric was designed as a shield. (Originally designed for military use.)
OK, think I might pass on a laptop.

My laptop puts out a LOT less than my desktop. If the laptop is on a
desk, there shouldn't be much field. But different computers are
different. Maybe there *are* some laptops that put out a strong field,
I don't know, as I only measured mine!

If you're really concerned you ought to get a meter--there are all
sorts of surprises in many houses! (E.g. avoid having a bed in a field
coming from wires...)

Chappell\'s resonance provings-Maintaining cause-grounding

For a crude test switch "ON" an AM/MW pocket radio,
tune to where there is no station, keep the volume 80% approx.,
move around Desktop & laptop etc., guess from the noise amplitude.
A crude comparison possible. Can compare, TV,dimmers, remotes etc.
If you need accurate comparison, no choice but to buy Trifield meter.
