surgical implant (specifically the titanium and steel type, but also
curious about any), and see it affect the ongoing case? i had an
"interesting" experience with pins-and-a-plate placed on a snapped leg
(first question is how useful it actually *is* to do that--found out
later that my brother had had a similar injury, but fixed with a simple
"walking cast" and healed much faster than I did!). A year and a half
later I *finally* realized I was having systemic reaction to the
titanium and steel implants, and had them out.
The thing that was especially curious to me: I felt MUCH better
starting almost immediately after the removal; energy began picking up,
certain symptoms became less, then stopped. But some weeks
after--maybe a month or so?--I had a very sudden shift which basically
felt as though several decades worth of healing work--remedies,
meditation, bodywork, and various etc.--had been wiped completely away,
landing me very suddenly back in a type and degree of deep imbalance
that I hadn't had to deal struggle with since high school days. Wow,
how weird. Revisiting past remedies (and some new ones) has pulled
things back together--I think I've just about caught up with myself
here followed anyone thru a titanium-steel implant (or any, for that
matter), to notice if there were any constitutional effects?
Does anyone know of any generalizations that might suggest which people
are more prone to that sort of thing?
Thanks for any thoughts,
Shannon
