Your -ve test after homeopathy, does not surprise me in the least.
I see it in all the "Vet says it will be always positive" cases that
I work with in cats.
It seems to take about 6 months to become negative, *after*
homeopathy restores health.

So far I have seen it in a friend who was Hep-C positive; the rest
are animal cases:
In three cats who were FIV positive (feline AIDS)
In several cats who were FeLV positive (feline leukaemia)
And in cats who were FIP positive (Feline Infectious peritonitis)
All the cats who regained health and were actually re-tested for
titer after 6 months, showed negative.
(Most owners do not bother to test.)

I have NOT seen homeopathy *induce* antibodies (such as with
homeoprophylaxis), but I definitely see it *remove* antibodies after
healing a disease condition such as those above, after about 6 months
(not much sooner).

Cases I am having trouble with currently in this regard are those
with severe ehrlichiosis (a serious tick borne disease which can get
to a severe chronic form) where dogs for example have sky high
titers, and are constantly exposed via tick bites. The homeopathy
brings the titers down (by factors of 100 or more) - but so far with
constant exposure, (in 2 dogs) has not cured. Maybe it takes longer;
it's been 6 months.
(The above diseases come right in about a month.)
