BOIRON Remedies from France and USA

Dear List Member,
I have 2 different questions regarding Boiron remedis:
1) Does anyone know if the BOIRON Remedies from France and USA have the same quality?
2) Does anyone know if the nosode of Influenzinum made by Boiron USA, for the comming winter 2008/2009, is sold these days? Also, does Boiron USA get the potency of the Influenzinum from France or produce it from materials of the USA?

Hi,

I lived in Germany for 20 years where as a bonafide 'antibiotics cures
every illness' North American, I was surprised to discover homeopathy
and to learn what a healthy following it had. In fact, there was an
article in 'Der Spiegel' or was it 'Focus' 2 years ago stating that
homeopathic remedies had reached sales of around half a billion Euros in
Germany alone! I became an ardent fan of homepathy when a family member
became very sick was given a few globuli of belladonna and it turned her
around within 10 minutes. I was converted ))

I am often in France and Germany so I buy my remedies (France-Boiron and
Germany-DHU) usually when I am in those countries. Most pharmacies
either have a whole range in local pharmacies or can order for late
afternoon or next day. I tend to buy in France simply because the
Boiron remedies are considerably cheaper. If I understand correctly, the
remedies are partly financed by the health system.

Just as an aside, I heard from homeopaths in Germany that the powers-to
be managed to have quite a few remedies quietly removed from the DHU
range if it could be proven, any substance coming form a bovine source
was used in production...(Mad Cow took its toll there also). Apparently
these bovine related products have still not been allowed back in.

I know this doesn't answer your question directly but I add this in just
in case cost is a factor in your decision-making.
