endometriosis

My sister of 31 was diagnosed with endometriosis (fourth degree)in the
middle of August.
During the laparoscopic intervention many cysts with the old
endometriotic tissue were removed from the ovaries, uterus, bladder
wall. Her doctor recommended her to get pregnant, but it was a problem
for a long time (she is married for five years). Otherwise doctor said
her disease will become even stronger.
Her cycle was always regular, no pain, medium intensity. She did not
have any symptoms of endom-s before, it was a diagnotsic intervention.
During her recent visit to Russia she was prescribed with Sepia 1000C
three pellets once in three weeks which she takes for already 7 weeks
(one more taking left).

The problem is that I know this doctor, he is a neurologist, and
though he practices homeopathy on the side, he did not have too much
of professional education in it. So I am not sure about his
prescription.
Let me know if you have any ideas about this case.
