First my advice is to stay in France. They have a much better (and cheaper) health care system than the US.
Second, contact AU Ramakrishnan MBBS, for homeopathic review & protocol. He wrote the book on Cancer & Homepathy: draur@vsnl.com.
Third, cut down on carbohydrates (esp simple), they fuel cancer cells. Increase Omega 6 intake, which helps to oxydize cells. Cancer thrives on low oxygen to cells.
Fourth, support your immune system, by adding probiotics, etc.
