I know you asked for rubrics, not rx's but nevertheless...
At ALF we've treated a few children with minor thalassemia (sickle cell).
Long ago one senior homeopath led me to treat with Merc as a syphillic miasm rx.
we also treated with spleen support - ie a China-Iod-Ceanothus tincture.
then again, here in Kenya, sickle cell kids are very prone to malaria and related malarial remedies help them alot. (ie china, nat mur, eupat perf, etc.)
