Regional Branches of Minutus Mailing List

Dear Minutus members,

I am going to build branches of the main Minutus
Mailing List for different regions of the world for
sharing local events,... for the members in that
region.

One of the members who live in a region will be the
moderator of that region.

I will gradually call the members of an area to
introduce themselves to me so that I can organize the
project.
