dear charlotte and dave, thank you for posting this crucially important
information. kathy lucas of devon school in nyc is also working on this
issue in ny. there is a laywer i have spoken with who did the original work
in mn with jesse ventura. she said people were knocking on her/their door
non-stop. this was a while ago, when mn law first got passed. she was also
going around speaking. i imagine she is helping other states. i will see if
i can get in touch with her again. i am very interested in doing this work
in ma, cannot do until a year or so. are there any others in ma interested
