The symptoms are ( as far as I can take them from a small child):
Fever (39c)
Weakness
Inflamed throat but it is not painful ! ( may point to Baptisia).
All his body is painful.

What about thirst and is the body pain bone or muscle pain. Look at both Gels and Eupat P.

The condition suddenly turned to be a (confirmed) strep throat, full of pus, and is treated now as such.
