online case TM/Dec.02 - follow ups

Follow up on December's case is as follows:

Received a call from the pt this morning, as a matter of fact. She reports
the following:

1. Prior to taking Tarent 200c she was having RA flare ups. But these have
been extremely painful lately. Pains are dull, aching, throbbing, with
general weakness. There are no stabbing pains which she used to experience
in the early days of the disease.

2. Sleep has been difficult with lots of pain reported. Waking in the
morning is accompanied by head distress (sinus) and stomach distress on
occasion This is typical, with amel as the day moves on and agg in the
evening.

3. Dreams have been significantly more pleasant. Several dreams reported
concerned people that she has had difficulty with in her past. Two dreams
concerned her 1st husband and his wife: they were friendly and getting
along in the dreams. This is not common between them in awake life. One
dream concerned an old friend that the pt no longer sees due to manipulative
behavior. In the dream the pt was able to say good bye and leave the
relationship. A 4th dream had her at a new AA meeting with strangers and she
did not feel uncomfortable, which would be her normal waking experience.

4. Terror has been coming up for her. In a counseling session that used EMDR
she was able to access the terror feelings easily and had an 'ah ha'
experience regarding her vomiting. She now sees that the vomiting was not
simply a means to discharge feelings, but a resistance to dealing with them
(sitting with them and resolving them quietly within).

5. The RA has been very active. After an experience w/neighbor who was
acting out and vomiting, probably from a toxic cocktail of meds, the pt
discovered the neighbor was treated for HIV. The pt went into a panic, was
angry and felt great terror. She sufferred left sided flare ups, every
major joint. Pain was sufficient to prevent sleep and triflora and arnica
was used on at least 3 occasions to ease the pain.

6. Both knees are seriously affected and walking is very difficult. She has
difficulty rising or sitting.

7. Within .5-1 hr of taking Tarent 200c she experienced tremendous
trembling in her lip. It wasnt visible externally, but the feeling was
quite intense. This happened with the first 2 doses, but not the 3rd.

8. Her rash on the inside of her left ankle is still there. It is raised,
scaley/crusty, reddish, dry to touch. Looks flakey but isnt.

9. She has a vaginal outbreak. It is above the clitorus, outside the lips
where the hair ends. It was achy, burning to touch and white and pale as it
heals. She has had similar outbreaks lower down which were burning when
urinating.

10. The pain and fatigue make her irritable and agitated but there is no
particular content to these feelings.

11. She responded very assertively to the HIV scare, talking to the building
managers, the neighbor's daughter, her doctor who called the neighbor's md.
This, I think is typical. She really looks after herself despite a feeling
of not being able to do so. This has come up before.

It has been 2.5 weeks since taking the Tarent and there has not been too
much to note. The lip trembling, the ease of accessing her terror and
gaining an important insight, and a few dreams that were more positive than
usual.

I am not sure where to go from here with her. I was thinking maybe a daily
low potency (6 or 12c) or perhaps an Lm. I would love to see her pain
ameliorated. What might you think?
