On the Front page in Headlines in a popular UK newspaper today was the fact that the flu vaccine doesn't work!!!

At last someone sees sense. I bet tomorrow there is a counter argument by the government because they need to use up all the stocks of it!!

The vaccine is for virus influenza, not for what we commonly call
"flu".

If you confront the doctors with it, they will agree. They do know.
Most other people, including the media people, do not.

There was an article about a study done on the flu vaccine and the number of people who died as a result of not having it. It concluded that people didn't die because they hadn't taken the shot, there many other factors but they still recommended getting the vaccine. Almost made it until that last paragraph, darn it!It was a study by Group Health an HMO (they insure and treat their members) in Seattle, there must be some sort of pressure going on to start a study, negate all the hype then back track like they did.The article was in the Seattle Times for those interested.
