Seeking Advice on hypothyroidism, hypoglycemia, Bronhitis & Panic attacks

Hello

I am suffering from hypothyroidism (due to thyroditis) for the last
one and half years. At the same time symptoms of bronchitis appeared
and problems in breathing started.Also started having panic attacks.
My TSH level is 4.22 (Within the Normal Range) and I take 37.5mg
Thyroxine in the morning. 2-3 months back I started having symptoms
of hypoglycemia and was detected in Extended Glucose Tolerance Test.
My readings were 89(fasting)-Had 100grams glucose and
reading after 1 hour - 139
reading after 2 hour - 132
reading after 3 hour - 51
reading after 4 hour - 81
reading after 5 hour - 89
I started having homeopathic medicines & started eating 5 small
meals.and It has been effective in providing me some relief.
I also have problem with high heat & cold situations. Have constant
mucus formation although no coughs. Have breathing problems.feel like
choking.
I have full faith on my homeopathic doctor and I am seeking your
guidance as someone may have come across similar situation.

Please help!
