Nader told me that he chose this case as a starter because it was
easy.

Female, 44 years old with chief complaint of Sleeplessness.

Â

She explained her problems in the following way:

It is long time that I cannot sleep, I am usually awake till 3-4 am
then fall sleep, and therefore I wake up late next morning. Usually I
am drowsy and irritable all day long.

Â

When I asked her from when her sleep has become deranged she replied:

In fact since hysterectomy due to uterine fibroma about 4 years ago,
all the systems of my body do not work properly! I usually have
headaches, neck pain and also pain on various parts of my body.

On enquiry about Location, Sensation, Modalities and concomitant of
her pains she only said:

It is a wandering pain, I cannot fix its location it is somehow
burning in nature. Also I have to shake my feet and hands regularly.

Other symptoms of the patient were:

Abdomen distention

Hemorrhoid

Constipation

Desire fat

After one month the report was:

Â

Sleep was very good, headaches were very mild, there was no
constipation and abdomen distension had been alleviated. Hemorrhoid
was as before.
