The highest potence in LM series

Dear Friends
As we all have heard, the highest potency of LM system recomended by Dr Hahnemann has been LM30. Actually he has rarely (Except for remedies like Nux-V) take over the LM10. Perhaps the main reasons for this recomendation have been below facts:
1. The Depth of diseases: Usually the natural diseases yield and give up against the power of remedy with potencies less than 30 (And mostly 10).
2. As in LM potencies we usually use the ascending system (Lowest potencies upward) and Hahnemann says: "It is very unlikely that the same antipsoric remedy can be useful for several time consequently (Except few remedies like Sulph and Sep,...)". So it is very unlikely that we pass the number of 10 in our daily practice.
But is this number (30) a real boundary? I personally believe that it is a practical (Not real) boundary and in theory we shall be able to carry one to higher potencies.
Yesterday, I received an email about a real self treating which can be for the first time in Homeopathy history. I am very excited to hear similar experiences should anybody has about using very high potencies in LM system

Sulph LM 108!!
I am Ms. F.B 49 y/o, Nurse under Homeopathic treatment from 2003-2007
With a small trauma to my knee, I found stiffness, swelling, pain & effusion in my supra patellar (Knee) area. I had also Raynaud phenomen in my upper limb (Coldness and pain in exposure to cold air), deformity in dorsal of my fingers. I could not do anything, couldn't lift even spoon, book or even walk .I dragged my feet.
I started treatment with Sulph LM potencies and continued till Sulph LM108/3pils/ during last four years. Now I do not have any deformity in my hand .I can lift 4 kg weight and walk well.
During treatment once I had a loose teeth and I used Merc LM3 to
LM15.
I would appreciate Dr. F. Shaddel and MS .Dr. M. Ghazirad for guiding
and teaching me in Homeopathy.

Hi,

Many homeopaths in Germany use such high LM potencies, as rule not
starting with them.
