There is severe muscular weakness but a peculiar
aspect of this remedy is that the patient feels the
weakness much more in going down stairs than upstairs.
'It is more difficult to sit down than to rise up'.
There is a feeling of weakness after using voice.
There is a 'difficult, weak speech resulting from
weakness especially in chest'.

In affections of repiratory system, there is copious
and easy expectoration. There is a feeling of weakness
in chest. After the expectoration and talking, the
patient feels that the chest is deprived of its
contents.

'Pains come gradually and go gradually'

Weakness is also apparent in mental sphere. The
patient cannot answer the questions on account of
weakness. He or she may be anxious, nervous or sad.
