Sheri if I had not tried 6th Edition ways I can tell you that I would
not be inspired to try by you because you are a zealot and that jars
with me. It is a contradicition to me that homeopathy, the gentlest
and most holistic of forms of medicine, can accomodate extremism of
any sort .

Also what I have observed over the years is that many homeopaths get
inspired and excited by new concepts and decide to make them their
reality. The cry of 'fantastically improved results' has resulted from
so many strange and sometimes contradictory advices by modern gurus
that it is hard to take any of them seriously. That includes those
rediscovering the old truths.

I have been through the same process as you and the end result is not
the same. I think I understand why.

By "unproved potentized substances" I suppose you're referring to
prescribing via "theoretical system" such as Scholten's or
Sankaran's--anything else?

But I think H2002's point is well taken, that people are more receptive
to material that is *offered*--and in a way that draws one in, rather
than arousing or offending--rather than shoved at them.
I can well understand your frustration!!!
But--then are you passionate *enough* to look hard at your
communication style and its (sometimes unintended) effects, and learn
to share that passion in a way that does not divide and alienate the
very people you are most concerned to reach? (E.g. other homeopaths?)

You're in a really hard situation... You'll last longer (avoid
burnout) *as well as* being (IMO) a more effective voice for education
and change, if you can act as a *resource* and teacher, rather than as
a gadfly. And, to quote my 12-yr-old, "I'll shut up now..."

11. Don't use remedies that are speculated to produce a certain set of

Many people have recieved superb treatment using this method, whatever
it says in the Organon. I dont do it much myself at all but it can
work in the hands of some. There is a place for inspiration and
intuition. Let go of some of the 'donts' in your life is my advice.

had been unable to solve by "regular" means, which were helped
beautifully by a remedy arrived at by one of these "new" methods--e.g.
Sankaran or Scholten; or at other times, where Family analysis led them
to a "small" remedy which could not have been arrived at simply by
repping, or by available materia medica knowledge. Will Taylor gives
wonderful examples of that last one--would you consider him
non-classical?
