Gastro-intestinal system is mostly affected by this
remedy.

There is congestion in rectum, liver, colon and pelvis
causing sensations of fullness and heaviness in these
parts. There is a feeling of heavy dragging as of a
load.

Hemorrhoids may protrude like grapes and are very sore
and tender (>cold application).

On of its peculiar features is sense of insecurity in
rectum and anus. There is rumbling in bowels which is
followed by sudden urging for stool. Usually there is
a sputtering stool.

Stool may escape unnoticed.

Aggravation from heat is a prominant modality.

The answer is Aloe
Now I was working in the Chemistry lab .............!!!
Haemorrhoids like grapes --> four Rx Aloe, Calc Dios and mur-ac.
I think possibly mur-ac has the most painful one. Sensitive even to toilet paper! Ouch!
