You asked if I would give a sarcode in this case , and which ones?
I would certainly give it a try since in my experience giving it in
homeopathic dilution and for a limited number of times ( 5 times at the
most over a month) either helps or does nothing at all.
The ones to try would be hypophysin ( pituitary) and thyroidinum. You
may want to try the ACTH but perhaps hypophysin is a better start since
it is the Master gland.

As another intercurrent , not homeopathic but safe supplement, you may
try colostrum extracts which have been known to temporarily ameliorate
immune system conditions. Unless you follow with a good homeopathic
prescription, the amelioration does not stick.

Another consideration also not homeopathic but certainly still under the
same group of vibration medicine or energy medicine consider her energy
centers and consider balancing them.as well as stress management via
somatic and energy psychology.

All these options are my approach to patients, since I do not use one
but several, depending on how the patient responds and the resources
available.The upside is that more patients feel better and do so faster.
The downside is that if you are trying to test which method did the job,
you will not know...
