NBWS virus

This is a NBWS since a virus 6 weeks ago which presented with sneezing, coughing, clear mucus, shivering in the early morning, listless, felt sick and couldn't eat and had ketones in her urine through not eating.
2 weeks after she came to see me "I feel as though I have hit a black wall where everything is negative" "From right inside my stomach I feel so sad., It is as if my glass is empty." She was crying a lot. I gave her Puls 1M which helped a bit "not so anxious about the future" and she went backwards after 3 weeks so I sent a 1M. This helped a bit but nothing fantastic and she has ended up with catarrh, sinus, blood when blowing nose all agg from Puls IMO.
Today she came with some amazing phrases:-
- "I felt a little better after the remedy was repeated. I am not quite so afraid of the future. This has changed to what is the point. (not suicidal as I asked) I can't believe I feel so much different than I did before that virus 6 weeks ago."
"Since the remedy I am not as morose, just apathy and I feel tired and have lost interest in everything. It's so alien to me to how I would be normally. I feel as if I am treading water. I don't feel I would like to be in the house all the time. I want to be out. It is alien to me to with down and close my eyes during the day. I can't stand the quiet and have to have the radio on. "
Thoughts - "Looking for a purpose"
"When my husband retired all my plans have not been able to be addressed and I am disappointed. My husband isn't as much a doer as me. I fear that I won't be able to achieve all my goals, of the things I was looking forward to doing. I have a business plan (an invention she wasn't going into anymore detail about and I didn't feel I could push it.). I like putting things there that weren't there before ."
If you were an animal? -"It would be a dog or a horse. I love horses. They are graceful, powerful and gentle. I started riding again last Christmas. My ideal would be riding on a stretch of beach."

as long as you are sure that the so called virus has passed, i.e. there are no other obvious leftover sx that need treating such as a low grade fever etc and that the picture has shifted to a more reliable chronic state then I would suggest Ignatia - sadness from the stomach, internal conflicts, disappointment, a kind of melancholic state, frustrated, idealistic (looking for a purpose and riding a horse on the beach, creates inventions), changeable (wants to be here and there - out of the house, music, noise, radio - part of the capricious nature that might look like Pulsatilla).
