i hav one case of meninggomyelocele.patient is suffering from incontinence of urine, numbness in peineal region ,weakness in legs, he cant stand straight.can anyone help me in this case.there is any medicine or there is any chance of improvement or not. pls help me

I am no expert.
However, being a birth defect the prognosis is poor.
Some random thoughts, unresearched:

1. for meningital infection: Gelsemium 6C
2. for nerve repair hypericum: 6C and iris versicolor 6c
3. for breathing difficulties and spinal repair: hecla lava 6X

Frequency could be as required for 1. and daily for 2. and 3. for long
duration as required on progress of the case.
Other remedies would also be required based on detailed case taking by an
expert homeopath.
