Hi List,
would anyone have a suggestion what to take for organ support during a
course of full fasting?
It's for myself. I have done such courses of fastings before, but
always in a group where the group leader told us what to do.
I do remember the regimen - but do not agree.
So I should just like to take some support for the organs involved,
teas or low pots or even combos would be ok. I myself am really quite
ignorant on non-classical approaches:-)
Regards
Luise

Re: Organ support question
That would have to depend largely on which of *your* organs might be
weak!
What sort of a fast are you contemplating, and what sort of trouble are
you thinking of?
There are various sorts of "detox diets", e.g. eating only fruits, or
only veggies, which for many people would be more appropriate (tho less
simple) than a water fast...

Re: Organ support question
It may be organ support but individualisation's still needed
i.e. sometimes herbal teas suffice, sometimes herbal tinctures,
sometimes potentised herbs, sometimes potentised non herbs etc
depends on organs and energy involved, also some herbs not tolerated
even in low potency e.g often see chel too strong even in a 6c
At any rat e warm drinks only, + ginger is a good taste, warming, and
tonic and rarely contraindicated
i.e. more info, more info, droool, slaver, OH NO , Iv''e got the
threads crossed, that was the eat meat thread, (Blade etc.)!
lol
