patient with dentist phobia

I have a patient who's been doing well on Sepia for menopause symptoms. She asked for help with a "phobia about going to the dentist". She was never afraid of going to the dentist before, is not afraid of the treatment itself or of pain. However, recently she went to the dentist and reacted badly to an injection, had symptoms of tachycardia which scared her (this was before she started with the Sepia). Since then she gags if she has to hold her mouth open for more than a few minutes. She's "terrified" of going to the dentist for fear of losing control and "looking like an idiot".
So it's not exactly an apprehension due to fear of pain, etc. I was looking at Ignatia as a possibility. Does anyone have any ideas as to rubrics or remedies?

IF the injection was Novocain (procaine hydrochloride) it may have also
contained
epinephrine (used to check local hemorrhage, stimulates the sympathetic
nervous system, psychological expressions: fear and anxiety).

Can you request a form of Novocain without epi prior to the appointment?

Makes sense re "fear of pointed objects"!
There's also "Fear, Dentist, going to: calc, puls, tub". But also
maybe Fear of losing control? And I'd guess there are numerous more
possibilities, since the "why" of it might be more important than the
"what"!

Also, she could probably tell the dentist about the tachycardia and say that
she needs to be injected with the version of anesthetic that doesn't have
the epinephrine in it. The tachycardia is caused by epinephrine which is in
the lidocaine solution to make the anesthesia last longer. Some people
become sensitized to it. The dentists have alternatives, which they can use
if requested. No more tachycardia.
