Also called (Buruli ulcer) Google gives a lot of information , also
known as Daintree ulcer as found in Far North Queens;and. Sorry last
letter sent accidentally before finished. Any positive information
might get courage to share with Professor of Infectious Diseases

Have been away and only just read this thread. I have treated a case of mycobacterium ulcerans here in queensland - it was an atypical presentation - pt had had it for 3 1/2 years before seeing me and it had been confirmed by pathology. It was a fistulous presentation - had good results - though took nearly 18months to get last fistula to close. Remedies used were Silica 30 and Leueticum 30 with occasional doses of Aurum 200. Have whole case written up as I published in Curenteur (AAPH newsletter last year) if anyone is interested. Regards Pauline
