This one is not interested - his erection disappeared a few years back when he started taking allopathic statins and stuff for Hypertension which he is still on. He doesn't seem bothered about it - his wife may be through:-)

It is devastating for a man to loose erectile power. They may say
before surgery it is not an issue .
Incontinence I think depends partly on skill of surgeon and while it
used to be common not so inevitable now. Jean
