Avascular Necrosis - Hip Joint

I am curious to know whether anyone in this discussion group has
experience in treating case(s) of avascular necrosis of hip joint!
Recently, one young boy (27) has approached me for such complaint: he
had cerebral tuberculosis and went on allopathic treatment for years
in Sydney, Australia. His TB has gone, but the side effect of massive
doses of Steroids created this problem of necrosis!

Hip bone replacement is the ONLY effective (although for limited time)
treatment option in allopathy.

Sharing of experience would be highly appreciated.

Mangialavori has regenerated cartilage in the hip joint (in a Belladonna case), and I have a Stramonium case of avascular necrosis that's doing well (meaning pain-free, but no chance of an X-ray or scan to see more because the patient has no health insurance). Interestingly, the docs originally accused my patient of taking steroids, which he never did. My suspicion is undiagnosed Cushing's disease.
