a friend who is interested in acquiring an organic farm has asked me if
homeopathy has been used to treat plants. i know that i have infrequently read of
homeopaths treating individual plants in their gardens, but I don't recall its
use in a large scale.
thank you,
bonnie

Re: homeopathic treatment of plants
Bach Rescue Remedy, while not strictly homeopathic, is very useful to help
transplanted plants adjust to their new "digs."
And Bach Crab Apple for bug infested plants.
For what this is worth......

Hi Marybeth,
Do you have experience with using Bach Crab Apple for a buggy plant?
How did you do it, and how long did the effect last?
Bonnie--Have they looked into Biodynamic agriculture? I think that
system uses homeopathics on the plants, tho that's about all I (think
I) know about it.

Hello all
This is all very interesting, any ideas for treating plants with white
fungus-looking patches on the stems?

Re: homeopathic treatment of plants
I believe biodynamic farmers use a type of homeopathy on their plants.
There are websites on this which any Google search will turn up. A
colleague from India developed a homeopathic preparation for treating garden
plants and fruit trees (Agrocare by name), but I don't know if it's
marketeted yet.
Peace,
Cinnabar

Re: homeopathic treatment of plants
there are numerous references to agrocare on the internet when you do a
google search.
it is being sold in this country. one web site is
http://www.johnandbobs.com/product_info.htm
there is also a book on homeopathic radionics with plants. actually there
are 2 and one of
them is a materia medica which interests me because it should have a
listing of remedies for
specific kinds of conditions. it is called Electronic homeopathy for
Plants by Copen.
the web site for that book is http://www.copenlabs.com/books.htm
none of this is classical homeopathy but might provide some interesting
information to
tickle the gray matter for chosing remedies for plants
