FLU PREVENTION and Influenzinum(s)

Dear List member,

For the purpose of Flu prevention -- what are the advantages and/or disadvantages of using one of the following rx as opposed to the other rx ?

Which of them will give more protection against the Flu?

The rxs are:

1) single rx of Influenzinum.

2) a combination of several Influenzinums from different years.
