Problems in pregnancy

Have you thought of looking at Placenta Humanum (welsh) ?-There is a full proving by Linda Gwillem - and she has a lot of clinical experience with this remedy as well.
There are alot of mental/emotional symptoms in the proving, in the range of what you describe with your patient - and I have had some success with this remedy with similar issues during pregnancy and afterwards. It has a clear relationship to Sepia as well, like Chocolate.
I think it is well worth a look at.
