Hepatitis C in methadone addict

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for some advice on nutritional support, including use of
Hydrastis tincture or other organ support, alongside constitutional
treatment for a Hep C sufferer, currently jaundiced, who is also a methadone
addict. Information about course of disease and prognosis would also be
appreciated - she has been told by GP that 3 years is all she has left. I am
seeing the client for the first time later today.
