Concentrate on facts - keep away from theory
Don't challenge them - inform
Take along examples from history where homeopathy has
helped, e.g in cholera outbrakes
Take examples of Doctors who set out to prove
homeopathy didn't work , only to end up using it
Take examples of cured cases, but not ones that are
known for spontaneous remission
Don't discuss materia medica or prescribing
strategies, it goes right over their heads
Find a way to getthem to see that even if it might not
be something theyre going to uuse it is at least
respected throughout the world and no threat to them.
They mostly ridicule out of a sense of threat to
their own paradigms, so don't challenge that directly
oir you'll have an arguement on your hands
Just give them food for thought - let them make their
own minds up - they will anyway, if they haven't
already before the event!
Be clear WHY you have been asked to talk- is it so
they can heckle you, or are they bored, or is there a
real interest?
Be upfront - state that you speak to those with a real
interest, as others have said before - 'this is of no
interest to scoffers'
Don't try to 'convert' anyone, don't try to explain
homeopathy's superiority - all you'll do is put
yourself in the firing line
- and KEEP AWAY from discussing vaccination! (see

Be relaxed. Do not go in there with the attitude you
have anything to prove, you don't. You don't stop a
train by standing on the tracks!

See if you can get copies of the Lancet with O'Reilly's papers on Asthma, hayfever and arthritis - they were all double-blind studies and came out with positive results with homeopathy - contact Glasgow Homeopathic Library. Stay outof the chemistry - they don't get it!
