travel immunizations, etc

I'm wondering what some of you advise your patients (or what actions you
take for yourselves) in preparation for travel to areas that have
immunization and malaria prevention recommendations. I'm especially
interested in what you would suggest for protecting children from malaria in
high risk areas. I was thinking of using malaria 30 nosode weekly, along
with China 6 as recommended by Susan Curtis. Has anyone tried that protocol,
or are there others you can suggest?
