If?during treatment of chronic state, any time you
face with an acute condition, you should discontinue
the previous remedy and start treating the new aroused
acute syndrom. You need to use the tolity of symptoms
(All the new appeared symptoms during acute disorder)
or Totality of disease (All the new and shared
symptoms) in acute epidemic diseases. Therefore in
this case you have to stop the previous remedy and
leave the remained chronic symptoms and therefore
taking the symptoms of acute phase and prescribe on
the basis of these symptoms. Before choosing the
symptoms, you need to understand that it is an
outbreak of epidemic disease or a usual sporadic one.
As soon as the acute disease was treated, you should
start chronic treatment again after re-evaluating the
remained chronic symptoms.
