If you click on one of the rems in that rubric in RADAR, it tells you that
it is from Boger-Beonn. Characteristics .....
and additional information is
[BG2-0700-20 :: RESPIRATION - Aggravation - cough - during :
which means that it can be found on Page 700 of the text, and is the 20th
entry on that page.
It is accompanied by - Cough before and after respiration.
So i guess, it means that whilst the person is breathing, and not before or
after, there is a cough.
