chicken pox (varicella) scars

Dear members,

I need some input for a case
Female 3 years old
set 8, few vesicles on scalp and face (diagnosis: chicken pox ) ---> rhus tox 6
on the following days the eruption took the whole body, but she had no fever, no
itching, no problems in sleeping or eating.
set 11 crusts everywhere ---> ant crudum 6
crusts started to fall off, except the ones on scalp and face
set 14 sulphur iodatum
set 19 crusts on face started to fall off, leaving a depression with a red base
and an inflamed border (see diagram)

set 20 sil 6 for depressed scars
set 23 kali bich 6 for the same reason
set 30 zincum 30 for persistent eruption
the border is not inflamed anymore, but the red bottom and the depression
continued

I would like to know if you've had a similar case,
Chicken pox lesions rarely leave scars except when there is infection or
scratching, but in this case none of these happened.
And if you have any suggestion to minimize the lesions.

Hi Guillermo,

If you thought to give sulph-iod for some reason, why not consider
kali-iod which is in this rubric as you know.
