Since the subject has cropped up I'll put in my 2cents worth.

My personal feelings are that diet should only be mentioned if it's to do with the illness itself, or is contributing to 'maintaining causes' , otherwise I see the dangers occurring that Dave Hartley has outlined.

I belong to another classical homeopathy list - and believe you me the moderator keeps that purely classical - but in addition understands the importance of diet, vaccinations etc. Rather than allow the classical homeopathic list to become clogged up with unnecessary but often relative issues, separate "sister" lists have been set up to deal with these issues, and it works very well indeed.
