An intresting case - the prescribed remedy

Thanks for your suggestions.

OK. My first impression was nothing. The only Rubric which was prominent in the case was:

BLADDER - Involuntary urination during vomiting

This was the rubric which I could swear the remedy should cover. The remedies under it were: ars , canth, crot-h, merc-sul, par
Arsenicum came higher but no characteristic feature of Ars. was dominant in the case. I bgan to check some rubrics but I could find no trustable rubrics. In the end according to materia medica I gave her Paris Quadrifolia LM1, 1 pill in bottle, 2 shakes 1st glass one spoon, weekly for a month.

Mistakenly she took the remedy nightly for 3 nights! (weird again)

Next month she came to me: She had the attack before her mense but the severity was much lower, she told me that she had anxiety all the time (except the attacks) but she did not tell me because this anxiety is ordinary, during this month she felt tranquility. Her mental status was so better, she told me the she felt like her 18th age.

I gave her Placebo and no more repetition of Paris. The third visit she was well and had her mense without any attack. The 3d visit was last month, I do not know what will going on during the next months but the action of the remedy was miraculous I think.
Unfortunately I my self do not know how did I prescribed Paris because in her file I only wrote one rubric: BLADDER - Involuntary urination during vomiting.

I thought the "par" in this rubric referred to Pareira, which is the rx I
have listed in this rubric - where are these sx in Paris - weirder still?

Complete has it spelled out, and has Par. as abbreviation for Paris quad.

*** It appears that Par=paris should have been pareira brava in the rubric in Synthesis and Paris given instead of pareira because of that. Pareira has perspiration before urination (Knerr) plus the main peculiar which you chose which was BLADDER; URINATION; involuntary; vomiting, while (6) (from Knerr: URINATION: DROPS, IN: TENESMUS, WITH, NAUSEA AND VOMITING OF BILIOUS FLUIDS. 0>1>0. So, you must have prescribed "par", but given paris instead of pareira because of the mistake in synthesis. (?)

Paris quad in case:
Below at end of post are Paris quad female, bladder, urethra, stomach, perspiration, and generalities sections from Complete 2000. The possible resonance with the case as given is noted. ADHESION, internal, is present--- interestingly complaints came on after tube-tie. I recall that VT suggested Thios with that in mind. There are stomach sx and vomiting (watery).

Looking in Sankaran: From computer analysis of peculiar rubrics Sankaran worked out that Paris and the lily group has in common a "forced out" "sensation". "Forcing out" is what is actually happening with her stomach contents and urine (peculiarly, as she does not appear to have a weak sphincter, as it does not occur with sneezing, etc).

Those are the only obvious correlations between Paris and the case as given that I can find real quick. Maybe someone else found some.
