NOSODES DESCENDING SEQUENTIAL POTENCIES

Hi, Anyone out there know anything about Nosodes and Sequential Series? Potency starting at 200 Vial #1 thru & ending w/ 6 Vial #10.
I am currently taking Nosodes prescribed by a homoeopathist. The two remedies that I am taking are: Brucella & Coxsackie. Almost every symptom that I have suffered w/ for 8 years has manifested. All manageable, at times drudgery. There is one symptom that is not fitting with the chronic ones that I have endured. That is that the skin of my finger pads have wrinkled and are rough& dry in texture. The soles of my feet are similarly more aged looking.
What is that About? is it simply a minor aggravation?
Also Why is it important to allow the space of the 3 days between moving on to the next potency? Is this allowing for an energetic manifestation to prepare for the next potency dilution?
Please anyone out there to help shed some light on this? Greatly apprecciated in advance.
