Dear Rochelle,
In Lilienthal, where I referred for some peculiarity in eczemas, was surprised to find that all eczemas were worse washing /bathing.
In this case ,the bathing,hot amel - (Ars, Rhus t, hep, sil,thu) seems strange. Ars, will score in Desquamation,white scales, cover desire for, body hot,and Anxiety. Others are woth a look.

A common symptom to eczema is hot water amel. Persons with eczema of
the hands will often scald them to get relief from the itching. The
scalding bursts the minute vesicles and itching for the moment is
relieved. However the eczema is then worse as the skin itself has
been "burned" and will dry and crack.
