the medical meanings of following terms as follows

chorea--is pathological state of incoordination of muscles and
abnormalioties in gait and posture, due to some secondary ailment like
alzheimers,hutingtons chorea etc.

tremor- it is may be internal or external this is of 2 types,
fine tremors and visible tremors,
cause can be cold,thyroid diseases etc.,emotional causes,

parkinsons disease-this is due to degeneration of dopaminergic neurons of
the substantia nigra.
presenting symptoms- include tremors,stiffness and slowness of movement,loss
of dexteriti,detoriation in handwriting,difficulity in arising,from a chair
or turning ion bed and abnormalities in gait and posture(chorea)
wilsons disease -wilson disease is a autosomal recessive disorder that
causes accumulation of copper in liver brain and other organs ,disease may
present as acute hepatitis cirrhosis or asymptomatic hepatomegaly,
kayser-fleischer rings can be demostrated by slit lamp examination of
cornea(green and golden deposits
neurological manifestation of disease ,resting and intension tremors
,rigidity chorea spasticity,rulling dysphagia and dysarthria.psychosis
depresive and neurosis may occur
