2 queries- ideas required

1) What rubrics would you use for someone who is very laid back and nothing appears to bother them? Maybe this brings to mind some remedies?
2) A patient said :-

"I never get to the point where I want to be. I am going in a circle (dolphin, salmon?) I feel as if I am on a treadmill and I don't have time to get off it."

What remedies spring to mind? I am thinking of researching Lac dolphin and Salmon. Any other modern provings come to mind for this very modern condition?

At a conference with Sankaran he presented a case - person felt like this - her life was all about circles - Lac def was given as the cows life is a never ending cycle etc.

Dear Rochelle, this seems mildly contradictory - laid back yet no time to
get off a treadmill - (or are these 2 different people) - salmon fight for
their lives and dolphins are creatures of fun and great communicators, let
things happen to them (except in the Simpsons when they get their
revenge:-))

Fear of reaching destination can't just be Lycopodium - mice go round
treadmills

For the first one - this appears to be Indifference, a huge rubric but with
many interesting sub rubrics.

For the first one you may want to explore what he does with his mind
while keeping his body idle;- if that is the case or it is just that he
wants
to be far removed from the reality of what is all happening around him
or what....

For your 2nd query, Just a wild guess may be:-

MIND - WALKING - circle, walks in a
MIND - WANDERING - desire to wander - restlessly, wanders about
MIND - AMBITION - increased
MIND - FEAR - destination, of being unable to reach his
DREAMS - DESTINATION - reaching - unable
DREAMS - UNSUCCESSFUL EFFORTS
DREAMS - DREAMING, of
MIND - TIME - long everything would take, obsessed by how
MIND - TIME - quickly, appears shorter; passes too
MIND - TIME - slowly, appears longer; passes too
