profuse menses after shock

Hi,
I am abroad at the moment with no rep and have just had an email from a patient who says she has been bleeding heavily for 15 days and that her Mum died when she was 1/2 way through her period. She is presuming it is from the shock.

I have told her to buy some Ignatia 30 and take 4 doses in one day as I can't think of anything else off hand. The last Remedy this patient had was Carc 200 -one dose, probably about 6 weeks ago which, was what she had about a year previously which helped her a lot.
