Dear Joy and other practitioners,
In answer to Joy's questions:

1. why did she feel she needed to take the testosterone:
Because she likes sex and wanted to enjoy it even more. Someone on Lou Klein's grad forum suggested that her oversensitivity may be leading her to escape through sex (and also through living in a remote area in the woods, through meditation and art, through her complete lifestyle she is escaping from the world). He is thinking Hydrogen too.

2. why also the breast implants:
I'll ask about this.

3. what was the dental implant needed after she had a tooth pollued (I'll find out why).

4. what were the results of the melanoma (presumably it was tested for any malignancy:
Melanoma was removed successfully and was at the beginning stage of malignancy)

Thanks to every one for suggestions and case analyses. She already tried Arsenicum which she proved. I had sent her Natrum muriaticum 200C, which she requested herself, but am afraid to give her that potency because of her oversensitivity which has manifested recently. I just overnighted her Hydrogen 30X to dilute in water to avoid an overreaction. Her husband agreed with the idea of Hydrogen and requested I send it. She won't receive it till Monday, due to the remoteness of her residence in Mississippi. Thank you everyone for your help. I'll check out other suggestions: Sepia, Bombyx, Astacus, Platinum, etc. I had thought of Phosphorus because of her gentle sympathethic nature, but she enjoys extended periods of solitude too much! I do see a problem with boundaries, hence living out in the woods away from the mainstream, feelings of being "separate," Bliss alternating with being in Hell (Hydrogen). If Hydrogen is correct will it help with the welts (which have returned this morning with burning)? Her husband reports she will put herself to sleep if she doesn't recover soon. And now she only has faith in him and me.
