Hi Rochelle,

Just a few suggestions:
There may be two conditions if it is ophthalmia neonatrum Arg-nit and Puls are good remedies. If it is obstructed duct then Thiosinanum and Silicia are better.
If the duct is obstructed rub the affected side below the inner canthi a few times a day. Many times that opens the duct.
For obstructed flatus of children another good remedy is colchicum.
