Update on my rosacea case :-)

Am sure I have written for the last couple of years about this 64 yr. old
woman who I have got rid of the majority of her problems but has this
rosacea which has been getting steadily worse.
On 29th August (Consultation No.26!!) I gave her Kali Iodide 200 split
dose. She returned 25th September - individual spots went and slowly
returned. Also her psoriasis on her elbow became active which I had never
seen. The rosacea seemed very red particularly around eyes and lips. She
took Baryta Carb 1M on 28th Sep (Joy's idea and a good one when I read into
it.)
30th Sep. she came to see me as her face was red and burning. Left her with
Ars. 6 which seemed to relieve when I gave it to her.
5th Oct. she came again as there was no improvement and I have never seen
her face as bad. It was red and drying up as if it had been burnt. Nothing
she put on it would soothe. I gave her an ice pack to hold on it. It was
itching. Her "undercarriage" as she put it was itchy, She was in a state and
I was beginning to panic. I then found the following:-



I gave the Rx in a 30C which was all I had and also made up a water potency
and told her to succuss and take 2 drops a day , increase to twice a day if
she wished.

10th October
"Easing off, skin not as dry"
11th October
Dryness so much better- redness subsided
13th October
Violent red patch above right eye itching. Back of head , near nape itching,
itching all over right arm, unbearably and also sore
21st October
A few spots emerged - she had stopped the Water potency by then since
everything was so much better so she started it again and ran out on 30th
October and since then everything has started drying up again.

I saw her today. Couldn't believe how good she looked.The skin looked normal
despite her saying the spots are returning and face drying up again . She
was wearing make up again. I gave another 30C and refilled the WP bottle and
added another pillule.

Is this THE REMEDY at long last and should I get a 200 in???? Very little MM
on the mentals and emotionals. Now why hadn't I thought of this Rx before? I
bet you lot do!!! Did it take the Baryta Sulph to bring this out although it
was only 2 days before the face got so much worse or was it the Kali Iod
still working? The psoriasis is inactive again an there are no other
symptoms appeared or reappeared that previous rx seem to have improved or
got rid of. Oh yes there is!! Toothache , possibly from receding gums and
she is seeing the dentist tomorrow. Mentally she is the best ever.

Sorry - correction - It was Baryta Sulph that she took - not Baryta carb.

Nope!! Mez has itching without eruption and the Rosacea was certainly an
eruption!!!

Dear Rochelle,

Very interesting case and have for the moment no time to search the rem, but
have a question:
Why did you prescribe two days after the Baryt Sulph 1M a nem rem: Ars 6?
Were you trying to antidote the Baryst Sulph?

Hi Jan,
This looks so good but I have never tried it with her, probably because she
goes Clog dancing at age 65 weekly and has never complained of being stiff.

However this was not the Rx that got shot of the red, burning, on fire
sensation on her face where the rosacea is.

The Rx was a small one but so obvious when I look back. It is a rosacea Rx.
