Your description fits into what we refer to as a condition of blood deficiency which may cause a condition of stagnation. One would look to see if in addition to your clinical presentation there are conditions of dryness. Dryness of the skin, eyes, eyes itch, eyes sore, mental brain fatigue, dry hair, perhaps brittle nails, pale or red tongue, respiratory sighing, > with rest< with exertion and/or stress, pulse which would be thin as in clear and distinct but thin. Further, are there any heat signs as in the p.m., pain in the lower back, weak knees. How was her libido?
I would consider nat-m 6X as it would tend to move the body fluid inward toward the organ level. Ig. 200C & LM as it is the acute of nat-m. Cham 1M as it addresses conditions of pain with heat symptoms
Herbally, I would seek to use two classic formulas. Chai hu Shu Gan Wan which treats painful reflections as you described and I would modify it with a second herbal formula Gan Mai Da Zao Tang which treats emotional expressions as you described.

Hi, Joy, Just out of curiosity, I followed your apparent hint when you told
Andy he was on the right track with Helonias. However, none of the other
lilies I can find works more completely for this case than Sepia does. (or
possibly Nit-ac, except she's >physical exertion and Nit-ac is

Re: Joy's case
In the case of this rather flamboyant young man who had lost direction.
Phos Ac was off top of my head. Is there any relationship between his life
falling apart, his bones falling apart, cannot bring it all together and
his slow bone healing.
I would love to know how you found a way to the remedy.
Feedback on the young chap who became violent and aggressive on alcohol and
talked in excited manner and had a suffused appearance. Also sensitive to
noise and not a happy childhood. I saw his carer at Youth centre yesterday
when leaving in some lab results. He did not think there was any improvement
on the Opium 1M. The psychiatrist to whom I had referred him, one must
follow procedure at times, diagnosed ADD and put him on Ritalin. His carer
thinks he will not adhere to this and I hope I have an opportunity again.
May The Good Lord,or Divine Spirit take care of us and our universe, Jean
