ADVISE PLEASE!

DEAR FELLOW READERS:

I have a new client (first time tonight meeting). She is 28, pregnant with
her third child.
This pregnancy was to end in abortion, but when she heard the child's heart
beat she changed her mind.
She is in an unfulfilled marriage- spiritually, emotionally...a large reason
why she did not plan on carrying out the pregnancy. She and her family live
in a small home attached to her in-laws. They are very controlling, she
feels like "a ghost in walking through her life".

She feels like she is 45 with many children (SHE REPEATED THIS SEVERAL
TIMES).
Her mind is always "twirling" with thoughts about her "situation".
She has incredibly strong and vivid philosophies on life and love, that seem
to have her never at ease with her own life. SHE IS always processing,
thinking, assessing, and looking for deep meaning in all. Her thoughts keep
her form enjoying life and her children, creating guilt. She instead spends
her time organizing and cleaning her outside world as having cleanliness and
organization here makes her feel better.
She is aware of her "internal chaos"..."I hate the way I think".....She
would like to change this.

She was incredibly difficult to interview because she spoke in circles,
nothing concrete about her life was really ever revealed ( I didn't want to
lead questioning but had to in many instances, with still no avail as she
diverted even the most direct of questions with philosophical answers that
gave little insight to her reality).

She told me of a sensation
"of being on a boat in surrounded by an ocean of tears that was rocking, and
could tip over if she didn't calm down".

She has very little support around her and feels like she is always being
watched by her in-laws. She is very sweet, very well articulated and has
beliefs about life and humanity that relates to the stars and energy of the
moon. Her husband is also very deep in his convictions and quite
philosophical, he is an author and she describes his work to be esoteric.

On the physical plane she is "healthy", outside of low thyroid hormone.
Her current state is not new or brought on by her pregnancy, rather NBWS she
moved into the in-laws home.

She can be abusive as can her husband (both were charged by the police weeks
earlier), so apparently at times she does fight back and get vocal- although
she does not appear this way in office.

She draws out your sympathy. She had no father growing up and does not have
a close relationship with her mother or anyone for that matter. She is very
much isolated with her busy unproductive philosophical self talk---that wont
allow happiness.

Dear Jill, I understand it was difficult taking a full case with your client
but can you provide some more sx along the physical plane (such as menstrual
history, cravings, sleep patterns, temperatures, etc) + a medical history,
inc parents if posible.

Whilst reading the case I began thinking about Lac Can, Anacardium, Nitric
acid (I like this the most) and even Luna crossed my mind. But a bit more
clarification would be more than important.

The remedy olib-sac came up a lot in repertory although I don't know the
remedy at all. Seems to have lots around philosophy, meaning of life, etc.,
feels old, delusion spied upon/watched.

Falco-p has "spirals", and phos has "circular thinking".
This doesn't really sound like any of those to me, tho. (Of the three, tho,
